The emergency bulletins are issued by the DCS CERT TEAM which is comprised of residents who have volunteered to serve.  Any questions or concerns should be directed to a member of the team.

In case of an emergency situation in your home or on your property, or witness to a situation within the community which requires first responder actions (police, fire, medical) CALL 911.
